We are so saddened by your loss and miss you so much. You always had a smile on your face and something funny to say or some silly noise to make. You touched so many lives and neverI love and miss my Grandpop and have been overwhelmed by the love and closeness of this family. We are truly going to miss Al. We admire the way you were always together, and even the last time we saw Al he still had that happy smile. I can not remember ever seeing him without it. We know he is still smiling. You were both blessed to have such a special marriage and we were all blessed to have Al as part of our church family. You and your family are in our prayers. One of my first experiences in Parish Outreach was feeding Labor Ready with Al and Joyce. Spending those days with them not only taught me how to give, but also showed the real love of a couple together. I had many experiences volunteering with Al and he was always working hard,always had a smile on his face. And always made me feel welcome.
